I’ve always wanted to learn animation. I’m teaching myself slowly through simple short pieces using a process called “rotoscoping.”

Here is the same animation as above, I reduced its quantity of colors to 16 and added dithering so it looks extra crunchy and gritty.

Here’s another from the same session,

I thought it would be neat to show my hand

holding the brush drawing in some frames.

Sorry it bounces around so much, I think taking

photos of the frames with inconsistent lighting is to blame.
